My Credo
Many ballet classes are given all over the world, every day.
Many ballet teachers, who were dancers, give those classes.
Many children and adults take ballet lessons. Many of them want to look like their teacher and their teacher wants them to look like ballet dancers. Most of them are not built physically and mentally to be ballet dancers, but they could benefit a great deal from this activity.
The problem starts when the ballet teacher does not understand the unique function of the joints, muscles and the central nervous system of each individual, and allows them to fight against their natural ability. This unfortunate mistake, is done unintentionally, but causes major irreversible problems:
1. Physical injury - knees, feet, lower back, and neck problems.
2. Psychological - low self esteems.
Teaching all children and all adults for many years, and being interested in an educational point of view in dance, I developed a method of ballet teaching that benefit all students while avoiding physical and psychological problems. I teach methodology of ballet, with this approach, to ballet teachers.
